Andy Gingrich has spent the last
20 years investing himself in the college textbook industry. Holding a public
accountant certification, Andy has been key to the overall growth and financial
stability of MBS. Beginning his career as a controller, Andy became CFO in
1985.

Dennis Flanagan has played an
integral role in the growth of MBS during the last decade. Working to introduce
complete bookstore management through the Total Store Solution, he served as
Executive Vice President of MBS Textbook Exchange, Inc., and as CEO of MBS
Direct since December 2000.
