What happens to my data if I decide to exit the agreement?

The data is saved both on hard disk and external media for protection and
archival purposes and will be provided to you on request.

What happens if the server hosting my TAonline store in the MBS offices fails?
A.
MBS has employed the most reliable server available, the IBM iSeries Server.
The IBM iSeries Server availability rate is over 99.97%, and it employs
state-of-the-art RAID technology to protect the disk drives and your data. MBS
also protects the main customer service event on TAonline (buyback) with a
buyback application loaded on a local PC in your store in order to provide
backup and ensure that you always have the capability to purchase books
electronically. The ability to submit ASAP orders is also protected as MBS
Realtime Ordering would still be available to you in the event of a disruption
in service on the TAonline server. Your Account Manager will assist you
directly during such an event to ensure that you continue with little or no
disruption in your textbook management activities.

What happens if my Internet connection fails?

No data is lost. But, in the unlikely event your connection to the Internet
fails, your MBS Account Manager is available to work with your store in real
time until your connection is restored and you regain access.

Are there issues with my campus firewall?

No. TAonline data appears like normal secured traffic to network routers and
firewalls.

performing the same or different tasks on the TAonline application at the same
time.

No. The application will not interfere with any other application you have on
your PC.

None of any sort. MBS performs all backups and data saves for your store. This
